03About Us
We met at the University of Maine, chased the ocean to the Bahamas, and spent years working on private islands in the Exumas before life brought us back stateside. We've been building, fixing, managing, and running businesses ever since, but the islands never left us. Now we're ready to return, this time with more experience, more skills, and an even deeper appreciation for what it takes to make a remote island property truly exceptional.
Micah
Micah is the kind of person who can assess a problem, source the parts, and have it fixed before most people have finished describing what's wrong. With a foundation in carpentry and construction built along the coast of Maine, he went on to manage the physical operations of private islands in the Exumas , handling everything from new construction and generator systems to boat maintenance and dock management. Back stateside, he spent years as a finish carpenter with a respected coastal Maine builder, launched and sold a coffee roasting business, and has run his own handyman operation ever since. Micah is methodical, dependable, and at his best in remote environments where self-sufficiency isn't optional.
Andrea
Andrea is the organizational engine behind the operation. With a background working on a lobster boat on the coast of Maine and years managing guest services, rental logistics, and island operations in the Exumas, she brings both real-world experience and sharp operational instincts to every property. She owns and runs a creative agency she has operated for over a decade, which means she's equally comfortable troubleshooting a communications system, coordinating a guest arrival, or designing a space that makes a property feel exceptional. Andrea is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and genuinely passionate about creating seamless experiences for owners and guests alike.

Micah brings trade-level expertise to every physical system on the island. From generator and watermaker maintenance to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural repairs — nothing gets deferred. Add boat operation and maintenance, dock and mooring management, and island transport logistics and your property is in capable, experienced hands from the waterline up.
Guest & Rental Services
Andrea coordinates every aspect of the guest and owner experience — arrival and departure logistics, property turnover, housekeeping oversight, and personalized excursion planning. Having lived in the Exumas, she brings genuine local knowledge and a personal touch that no hired agency can replicate.
Operations & Technology
Andrea manages the behind-the-scenes systems that keep a remote island property running smoothly — communications, supply ordering, inventory management, vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and remote property monitoring. Tech-savvy and highly organized, nothing falls through the cracks.
